By using the Twitter to Telegram Bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Bot.

2.2. The Bot does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes and should be used at your own risk.

3.2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.

7.2. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

8.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Bot or your violation of these Terms.

8.2. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending such claims.

9.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

9.2. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Bot.

10.1. We may modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion.

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Bot is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Bot shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the governing jurisdiction.

13.1. The Bot is available through various subscription plans, which include monthly and yearly options. The Fees for each plan are set by us and may be updated from time to time. By using the Bot, you agree to pay the applicable Fees for the plan you have selected.

13.2. All Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

14.1. You must pay us the Fees as per your selected subscription plan.

14.2. We will provide you with valid tax invoices on a monthly basis prior to the due date for payment.

14.3. We may increase the Fees by giving at least 10 days' notice. If you do not wish to pay the increased Fees, you may terminate these Terms and your right to access and use the Bot. If you do not terminate these Terms and your right to access and use the Bot in accordance with this clause, you are deemed to have accepted the increased Fees.14.4. If you fail to pay any Fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot without notice.
